On a motorway, city roads, I’ve seen them go approach over a speed limits.

Those are outdated ideas. Driving fast was popular during 60′s when the Marlboro advertisement to associate the joy of driving fast and liberty.
Nowadays, the whole idea of driving is on its comfort, reliability, gas saving and ecology.
If I was rich, I would speed everywhere, until my points got high enough that they would threaten to take my license. Relax. Speeding is only the 1,324th worst thing we do as people.

they aren’t entitled to do that. The cops love stopping flash cars, they can be fined, endorsed, banned and even jailed.

Nothing. Just because they own a car that costs a fortune does not give them the right to flout the law. The speed limits (and all other driving/parking laws for that matter) apply to everyone, whether they drive a £1000 banger or some £100 000 supercar.
Ok, these fancy cars are built for speed. But most racetracks offer track days where you can take your car and go fast. That is the place to put these cars through thier paces, not on the public roads.
