There are 4 suggestions to question “How can I find out how much my house was worth in 1991?”

  1. Click on to LAND REGISTRY and you will have all the information going back to when the house was built.

  2. nationwide have a thingy on their website for that, go to moneysavingexpert.com and all the details for finding out what you need to know are on there

  3. This is something difficult but u can analyze it.First of all u have to find out ur house’s current value and u have to subtract that money with the rate of interest u get of 16yrs.but u have to make sure that there is not much development in ur area since 1991.otherwise u can not get the actual figure.in that case u have to contact to any real estate agent.

  4. I agree with Ginger – Nationwide Building Society have an online calculator – tho regional in scope.
