How can I find out how much my house was worth in 1991?
With all this legislature taxation rebates, due to a houses being wrongly glued together we was only wondering how we could find out how most a residence was value behind in 1991.

Click on to LAND REGISTRY and you will have all the information going back to when the house was built.
nationwide have a thingy on their website for that, go to moneysavingexpert.com and all the details for finding out what you need to know are on there
This is something difficult but u can analyze it.First of all u have to find out ur house’s current value and u have to subtract that money with the rate of interest u get of 16yrs.but u have to make sure that there is not much development in ur area since 1991.otherwise u can not get the actual figure.in that case u have to contact to any real estate agent.
I agree with Ginger – Nationwide Building Society have an online calculator – tho regional in scope.
http://www.nationwide.co.uk Also http://www.moneysavingexpert.co.uk is a good source of info too.
Consider asking neighbours around your area and/or visiting
1. Estate agents
2. Your library which keeps old newspapers for research purposes.
Good luck! You’ll get some shocks I guess. Rob
